Initial information
STEP 1
You provide basic details about property type, location, condition, ownership, occupancy, and reason for considering a sale. This can be done through the website form, by telephone, by text, or during an in-person conversation.
Preliminary review
STEP 2
We review property type, location, approximate age, repair requirements, occupancy, ownership status, lot-rent, taxes, and liens.
Photographs or property visit
STEP 3
Some properties can be reviewed initially through photographs. Others may require an in-person visit before we can determine criteria fit.
Possible offer discussion
STEP 4
When Cardinal Buildings is interested, we will explain proposed price, what is included, important conditions, timing, and documentation.
Written agreement
STEP 5
Nothing is final until the appropriate written agreement has been reviewed and signed by all professional parties involved.
Closing or transfer
STEP 6
The final process depends on whether the transaction involves a mobile home, land, a rental property, or a broker-assisted transaction.
