Cardinal Buildings helps address two related needs in Central and Eastern North Carolina. First, we speak with owners who have mobile homes, houses, rental properties, or other residential properties that may be difficult to sell in their current condition. Second, we periodically offer improved mobile homes and residential properties to buyers as homes become available.

A Note From Lawson
Property situations can become complicated quickly. A home may need repairs. The owner may live out of town. Family members may be involved. Paperwork may be missing. A tenant may still occupy the property. A mobile home may need to be moved. The property may simply have become too difficult to maintain.
My approach is to gather the facts, look at the property realistically, and determine whether there may be a workable path forward. I will not pretend every property is a fit, but I will give each reasonable opportunity a fair review.
